bankingnorth came to me to design their mobile app - the core of the product - along with a smaller companion website built to match its ambition.

I led the full UI/UX process, from brand and audience research through to a sleek, modern interface, then extended that same design language across the companion site so both felt like one product.

The result: a more polished, responsive experience that improved engagement and lifted conversions across app and web.
